How do i create account

With the new settings it isnt letting me use the activation key to create an account, please help?

If you have just patched recently, the login server is broken.

Unfortunately, if that's the case, the only answer I can give is to wait until this issue is resolved. Due to the potential seriousness of it, that might be awhile.
