Bad Username/Password

I've gone over the FAQ's and surfed the boards a bit to no avail. I have two Login Server accounts set up (both show up in my board profile), and can get in to modify them in the EQ client, but I can't log on with either. Both give me a Bad Username/password error. I've checked the eqhost.txt file and it reads:

I'm not sure what else could be the problem, unless things are simply down atm. Incidentally, I haven't patched to the May 18th files, so that's not the issue either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Happened to me too, then... I did the following

Use WR Patcher.

Do not click on connect yet.

Click on account , new account and go through registration first.

Use your same name and pass you use for this site and it worked for me.

Then I clicked on connect next time through and no problems.

Well I was finally able to get into a couple of servers briefly yesterday. I didn't change anything... just started working for some odd reason. Since then, the only servers I've had much luck with are the ver 5.6 ones, like Titanium (which is down now anyway). The only everquest installations I have to choose from are either too old for the 5.7 versions (getting 1017 errors or unable to create characters), or have been patched with the May 18th one. I tried patching one of my installations with the Winter's Roar files, and still had no luck with that server, so I guess I'm stuck till a workaround is figured out for May 18.
