Which Version?

Which version of EQEmu is pre DX9? I just ran accross an old machine of mine that hadn't been patched since November of last year, and i'm wondering which version of EQEmu I would need to run in order to use it.

I think you would have to go back to 5.5 or before. 5.6 may have come out before the DX9 patch, I'm not too sure. But theres tons of versions that are between November of last year and 5.5 in February. I'm not sure if anyone can tell you exactly what version you would want. Last one I know for sure is that 5.3 is compatible with a patch that came out in January.

5.5 is last dx8 version. It is compatible with both the last dx8 and the first dx9 client, I've got both on my comp right now..
