I recently just joined EQEmulator and I installed Everquest and patched it up to date and I changed the target at the end of the eqgames.exe file and when I go into Account it brings me to the Sony website and asks me for my Station Name.... Am i doing something wrong? Please respond... thanks...

i did that step by step 2 times and its still bringing me to Sony station website to create account...

Make sure that your shortcut is to eqgame.exe and not everquest.exe.

I am new to eqemu and I am having the same problem. I just can't get to the page to make my account, it just sends me to the station website.

Yeah the EQ login method got changed from in the game to an outside website. I hav no idea how people are supposed to createe login server accounts now. I guess we'll have to make a webpage for it or something.

the new account creation website is being worked on, hopefully it will be finished by the end of today, until then if you need an account created send me an email to LethalEncounter@eqemulator.net with your account key (from your forum profile), your email address for your forum acct, the username, and the password. If you dont include all the information I just posted, I will ignore it, but otherwise I'll send you an email when its created.

shouldn't be hard to fix like he said its being worked on, all you have to do is once its ready edit you loginserver settings to point the account website, infact this new login server could be very usefull for some emuservers if they can set up a website to handle accounts.
