Character Creation (minilogin vs true login)

I originally started playing EQ on my own machine with the minilogin. Now I changed the settings to have me serving on the public area. Everything goes fine until I get to character select screen. WHERE DID MY CHARACTERS GO???? I try to make them over again, but it says "name has been rejected" meaning the names are probably there, I just cant seem to "see" my characters at the screen. WHY?? Please help.

your character are in your db but under the login eqemu
you need to change them of account by using an admin tool

Thanks, but I already played around too much and messed up the database file. However, I did use your advice for getting the admin app and it helped out a lot. Thanks again.
