i am trying to play the game but when i starting ti make my char and it is ok i push next and it telling me that it crushed what to do plz help

Well you need to give us a little mroe information if you want us to be able to help you very well, but I'd say you probably need to make sure you have Direct X 9 and update your graphics card drivers, but thats jsut an educated guess since you didn't give much info.
