What specs do I need to run this?

2k server and what hardware? I want to run this for like 200 people; found a server I can afford at www.hypernia.net

Not too sure about this, but 2 things I know for certain.

1 ) Each client uses about 8kb/sec .
2 ) Don't set your hopes too high. Even the most popular of servers such as Guildwars and Winters Roar hardly ever, if ever, get over 100 people on them.

You can afford $150 p/m ?! Nice.

I would say go for the least expensive one - people are able to run servers off their PC that they use for everything and support up to about 10 - 30 people.

Well Man i am just going to coment abotu Bandwith i am on a T1 here and i ran a non legit server for like 9 days just to see how meny i could get on my Home box about 80k up and i got about 32 ppl on at once and still was Downloading at about 300k and uploading at abotu 30ish so i would say so long as there datarate is not 25 you can do fine on a cheap T1

line speed while important isnt realy a big factor atm. With one pc dont expect more than say 50-60 online stable. The Server itself is a cpu hungry beast.
