If you run your own server or play on a very nonlegit server you can do #level 255. Most servers don't have that and you ahve to actually level yourself, it takes time, but its not as hard as live.

Some Emu server's have 3x xp bonus but max lvl on servers are sometimes 100

Scorpious2k has a max level of 130 right now and it'll probably increase again later :)
