I was just wondering today if there were any plans to make a emulator for EQII?
I know that its probably going to be $15 a month and i would much rather play it for free :lol:
And if there are plans for a EQII emulator will you start working on it when the game is released or will it be a while after it has come out?

Looks like some people from a different project are making an EQ2 Emulator. Has its own opensource 3D game client too. /shrug

I am curoius how they came about that packet info lol... hmm well either way, i am sure it will be a long time before release, and even longer before it is as stable as eqemu is.

Why would the dev's do EQII? It's a whole new game, not just an EQ expansion. It'd be like them emulating SWG or something.
