little help with getting into EQE

allright i have no clue how to do this, i seen a thread on where to stick files and things but is that all i have to do? no downloading an EQE or anything? Pardon my bad spelling :P

You don't need to download anything. Follow the how to play Eqemu guide in the help forum, but you'll have to wait to play because the latest EQ patch is not compatible with the servers.

yeah you posted too late i have EVERYTHING going smoothly now EXCEPT the EMU itself since there is no update for it yet since the new patch on live, and i DL'ed that live patch /cry

Where is this post?? I'm a really, really, really lost newb trying to piece together how to get all this to work - I think I really need help, but I'll ask only after dying trying...

But anyway, where is the post with the info on where to 'stick files and things' becuase that could really help

well if you need a guide to start playing on EMu then theres a guide at the main page www.eqmulator.net and click on guides, then Play Guides.

There is no fix for the latest patch. It doesn't work with the Emu yet.
