bad password/username how do i stop it

can someone pls tell me how i can get on all i get is eqemu error bad username/password and have no idea what the guy meant on the homepage about re-authing account:mad: :mad: :mad:

goto http://www.eqemu.net/login/login_reset.htm

Enter your username and password, and hit reauthorize. Then login within 15 minutes. If you still have problems, have someone you know do the above for you. (they must login for the first time for you also)

If you don't know anyone, get on IRC (find the info off the main page) and ask someone to do so fo you. Note they will have your username and account, thus the friend method is prefered.
