I use Windows Movie Maker & Fraps ....

Fraps is a free software but if u want good quality & a full screen movie... got to pay 30$ which sux :D

zkhava took time and effort and put together a little video, while yes it may not be production quality it was neat to watch. I liked the music.

No need to be a dick and tell him it sucks. if you don't like it, then delete it from your hardrive. ^^

Here is What u need to add to a website & Tips :

1. Open your index.html with Notepad.
2. You will see </html> at end of .html file.
3. Delete the </html> at the end so you can add more stuff.

Here is the CODE to Add video to a html file.... Remeber to update your ftp! :)

Fraps lets you use a Button ::

The button I Use is f1.

But you can change it to whatever you want.

It will slow you down a little while recording because of it trying to catch the images.

Well Heres FYI Into the Recording Software:

Divx Doesnt have a recording software, just a program that helps re-size to a smaller size.

I Got a Registered Account of "Fraps" & Cost 36$ & Give Bout 15-40 Frames per second (FPS).

i don't do much with actual video editing.

the only thing i've used divx for is converting my ripped dvd's to a smaller format.

<BODY>Ewwwwwww, this is really bad for some computers/browsers as it can show up in the download manager instead of the background. It would have the same affect as this might:
<body onLoad="location='potime.mp3'">Using <EMBED> and AUTOPLAY="True" (or "yes" I forget which) should solve this.

I've been tinkering with divx lately. Came into the problem of virtualdub not being able to open .wmv files.

I finally managed to get a divx copy. but i had to play the movie in winamp and record it with fraps. Essentially its a copy of a copy. lol. so the quality isn't what it would be if i had the original fraps recorded video.

it's like 1 meg smaller than the .wmv you posted, not much and it's a smaller actual size too. Not too impressed with the result. I bought fraps, so im going to play with it with some games and see what i can come up with.

I have doctor divx, which *does open and convert .wmv. but the quality is shitty as hell. it makes it all blocky. so im gonna stay far away from .wmv files, they seem to suck =p

Also, i have a audio codec i need to try out, i think it came get the audio compressed better. used mpeg3 codec with this.

I tried to figure out adobe premier.

let me just say that is the worst software EVER. it's so overly comlicated and friggin impossible to figure out )

i got windows movie maker and damn.... that's easy shit. i just wish you could save in avi and not wmv (

tried about 8 different convertors for your information none of them worked. but way to be an ass, retard.

ill try your links. but from the address only 1 might work. the other say Divx to WMV etc,. needs to be the other way around. wmv to avi

Just Say Movie file name is "eqemu_dedication.wmv"

Just take .wmv & replace with .avi :D

Odd, ive been messing around with Windows movie maker since 2002 when i got my new (then it was) PC. It never gave me any problems putting MP3s into the timelines. One thing i would like to know how to do is extract audio from movie files, and delete certain parts of audio on the files (for example when my mom taped a soccer game she wanted me to edit out the coach swearing under her breath).
