Fixed Illusion Packet

Hello,

I dont know if this is actually broken for any of you, I have the newest pre-8-11-04 client, and the illusion packet was broken for me.
the fix is here:

seems to be the same packet as on live after 8-11-04.

Hmm seems to be fine already for me and I am using the same version.

This is the version which dosent work with the current login server.. which is why I bothered to mention it. it is in between what works with the eqemu login server and the 8-11-04 patch (which broke major stuff).
