Petitions, Now ive been getting a lot of petitions apparently from my GM on the server (im a serverop). He has a Box that tells him the Que of all the Petitions, How do I get to this box and/or why cant I? :P Is there a command? or do I have to be a Gm and not a Server Op? or what... Explain :(

I'll try my best to help you Furinex, from what I understand the petition box can be accessed by default by pressing 'g' .
petition junk is embedded into the client software of all EQ boxes for guides and such.
I'm not sure about the status of the /guildinvite command.. It's in the code (client.h line154 talks a bit about it). I've never used it so can't tell you if it works or not. You can bypass it regardless by typing in the following command to set a person to a guild:
#guild set charname guildgbid
That limits lower privaledged users from doing it however, so it's more of a temp fix. =P
I'll try to look into the /guildinvite command some more and post any info once I find some.

For the petition thing you have to hit "G" to bring the menu up.
For a list of guild commands do a #guild help
