Error - A timeout has occured

When ever i enter my password / username it gives me a small box with this

[ERROR] - A timeout has occured

Whats this mean ? It wont let me get into server selection hmm , might anybody be able to help

gah sorry ( used to playo n emu like a year ago ( these absolutely no hope now umgz (
