blasted IO:Scaler install errors!!

I have been trying all morning to get this thing install, and every time I am getting errors when it trys to download the files. I am in the process of moving my server to another PC basically, and this seems to be the only problem I am having. I have switched the dmz host to the PC I am going to run the PC from, and the PC has no firewalls running on it. I had no errors or trouble installing perl, and mysql is running fine with my database (if that even matters at this point). Anyways here is some screens of the errors it gives me. I looked through the log after it said it wasn't installed and the only error I seen during the whole process was that part I circled.

I don't suppose I can just copy some files from my current PC (which has the io scalar working fine) to the server PC? I have tried 2 more times, each time I am completely uninstalling perl and that .cpan directory and starting from scratch, and every single time I am getting different errors. This is really starting to get me pissed :/

Ok I got this fixed, feel free to lock/delete this topic. I just copied the files from my current PC to the server PC and it took care of that IO::Scalar. Now if I could just log in :/
