cant see my server in the Server list?

Heya...
to make it short;
i set up a server and got it up running...

however
i can not see it on the server list, there is only the dev server and 2 others...?!

was looking thru the forum but didnt find anything about that?!

my config & output is:

any ideas?

world should say connected to loginserver...and change port from 5995 to 5996,I guess.
