Disconects after 5 Mins

Ive read the forums but no answers
I think its a fairly common problem.

Any ideas?

Chances are your datarate is too high or your on a 56k modem and cant send/receive enough packets fast enough or the server host doesnt have enough bandwith to support playing with as many people were on at the time that you logged in, and it just kicks you off because its not getting any information to you because its too slow and cant send stuff fast enough to everyone.
