Scribe spells command

I can't seem to find this written down anywhere... anyone know what it is?

#scribespells (level)
e.g. #scribespells 65 - scribes all spells up to level 65

[dzags]

I'm running 6.0 dr1... #scribespells doesnt work, what admin level is required? (Its not showing on my addon.ini)
