do you have patchme at the end of the directory of the shortcut to your eqgame.exe? "C:\Documents and Settings\My Computer\Desktop\Everquest\eqgame.exe" patchme

BTW, don't copy the path from the poster above. He has his everquest folder in a non-standard location. It won't work for you, unless you stuck your entire EQ folder on the desktop too :P
