Official Quests........Do They Exist?

I do not have an account on EQLive and i was wondering if anyone could tell me if the quests in the EQEmu Quest Repository (http://anantes-106-1-22-96.w81-50.abo.wanadoo.fr:8080/cgi-bin/news.cgi) are on par with the Live quests , as i want my server as close to Live as possible.

to this day there is not a "good" quest pack. I really wish we had a large team to create one. :x

well , I'd be happy to volunteer my time and service to help this project with creation of one.
