Support issues

I would like to make it known that me, and a couple other new players are havent problems logging in, we cannot join a server, and in some cases , cannot log in because of invalid username/password, i now this is not the support forums, but just leting some people know so they can post there!

A known issue. One that was, btw, posted ON the support forums. No ETA, just check back, is all we can say.
