Files to run my server

I dont know what files i need from the zone source to get my server up and going again. Had a small virus and it got bigger the more i looked so i wiped my comp and now cant find the files i need.

well if you do not know whats missing I would sugesst starting from scratch...

I did start from nothing had to download certain files but i dont remember what they were. I know Maps and then had to download something else. Command something.
