every time i log on the server this appears and my character just dies, when i spawn its still there, and i die once again. is this a bug or something??

You'd probably be better off asking that question on the forums of the server you play on. There is neither an item or zone that's called that on standard EQ.

If it's a mob attacking you, then as I said before, you need to ask on THAT SERVER'S forums. This is not a general eqemu issue, it is a petition you need to make on that specific server.
