You need to modify table doors :

update doors set keyitem=20883 where zone='trakanon' and name='HOWLER' limit 1;

And now, player can make quest and need key to zone in sebilis

ah nevermind found it.

This quest starts in Trakanon's Teeth with a level 60 Iksar NPC named Emperor Ganak

Pretty Nice, but if I recall correctly, weren't there 2 quest NPC's involved to get the final key?

You recall correctly, but the 2 monsters you need, froglok forager and froglok hunter arent really part of the quest in the sense of pearl anyway.. they just drop the 2 medallions you need to give to hte quest npc.

No I mean, I remember for some reason having to get the pieces to turn into one NPC, and then I had to turn in the item he gave me to another NPC to get the key. I could be wrong, though.

nope get the 2 pieces turn them in and ya got the key.

This npc work with 2 quests

1/ key for sebilis (need froglok hunter and forager medallion). All mob are in trakanon teeth.

2/Key for veeshan's peak , need more travel h
