Populating empty zones with npc's

I haven't been able to find info on how to populate all those empty zones out there on my server. For instance, the Luclin zones are all empty; does anyone have a minute or two to describe how to add the proper mobs and such to these zones?

Also, info on setting their levels, loot and all that would be awesome. Also, hehe, is their a way to adjust the exp levels of certain zones? Like in live there are some zones that give an exp bonus. Anyone know how to do that on their own server?

I am looking to do the same thing. I have been on a lot of servers that have everything populated. Right now because of the PEQ kunark database i only have zones from kunark and lower populated. Are the character models for the zones velious and up in the database? and if so is there any list as to what race #s correspond to what model at all? I would like to get POTime populated but I dont know what race to use for all the bosses.

Tutorials::Current is where you want to look, down at the bottom change from the last 30 days to "the beginning and you will see all the tutorials

Had Rogean change the default to "the begining" to aleviate the issue of people not seeing them so just go to the tutorials forum
