Making Spawn Points for Mobs (Like the Live Servers')

Ok I've got my server up, but I am unsure of how/what to edit in order to have monsters spawn automatically (#repop). What do I need to do in order to: A) Get the information from the Live servers that I will need. and B) Setup my server to use those spawning areas? Any help is greatly appreciated.:confused:

Take a look in the worldbuilders forum for databases with spawns in them. Also in the 3rd party forum for tools to edit the database.
