problems galore!

Just a little while ago I tried getting in to EQ through WR. I logged succesfully the first time, but after I clicked "Enter World" everything froze. I rebooted and tried again but the program told me to use the EQ patcher which I had already tried. So... I'm lost and EQ-less. Help would be grand!
