Me Server Has Some Issues.

alright...im not too new to the whole "set me server up", so im going to be as detailed as possible. alright the first issue is..me server boots up just fine, i can load into the character selection screen just fine and create me own character as well. however, when i load into the starting zone, such as "kelethin" there is no npc's (none at all). so then i figure it's just a bug or something and i type in #zone to zone to "arena" for example. well it loads all good and then it puts me right back in kelethin where my dwarf was started at. now i have tried all sorts of methods to enable zones and npcs on me server and here is the links that i have tried. all good info, but once again, no help on me part.

if there is more information that i have missed please let me know if its needed. ill add it in. as far as plugging in commands in the mysql i have tried all and i have completely erased all info of mysql, my.ini, everything off of my computer for the 3rd time thinking i was doing something wrong, but i think i am doing it right. please lemme know whatcha think.

I believe there is a zone id error with DR3, I'm not sure. Also, make sure you used the populated database, not the bare bones or empty one.
