Error zoneing

I've been working on this issue for a while now, I still cannot zone what so ever in the game, Im running EQEMU with minilog, when ever I try and zone I recive "This zone is not ready to receive visitors yet" in game, and my zone .exe files shows:

It does then whenever I type #zone or try to zone normally. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this problem? Please let me know Ive been stuck here for a while.

Are you using Peq_velious_database beta1 (Easy find on Peq web site) ? or other DB ?
and are you using 6.0 DR2 from that source : http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=88515&package_id=128352&release_id=279918 ?
I think your DB is corrupt :/

I am having issues with this as well im using 0.6 dr2 with the velius beta 1 db this is world exe output
