Mobs

I was wondering if I am able to make custom mobs, such as changing their appearance and everything for my server. If so is their a good program touse to design them??

That would require complete re-modeling of the monster, including textures, and hacking apart the eqgame.exe file and changing the code (ILLEGAL). So you can't really change their appearance, besides their name...however you can use any of Sony's models. However to just make custom spawns (location, respawn duration, name, level, drops, etc.... use EQEmuAdminTool 5.2, google for it.)
