Help!

I'm new here and well i would like to start playing and i don't know where to get the things you need to download and i'm confused so if you guys could, please help me out Thanks!

The best place to start here is the top bar above the page. Click "User CP" and especially the FAQ. You should have a better idea of what is happening here. Next check out the tutorial message board. Odds are, however, that you won't have a compatable EQ client. Right now the Devs are working to get the Emulator up to a point where it will work for people who are patched up to Live everquest. The patch ( from logging on to Sony's servers to play regular EQ )last May broke the emulator, so it could take a bit. Plenty of time to read all the old posts and see how things work around here :)
