Hey all.
First let me apologize, I'm literally a computer idiot. Most, it not all, of the technical things you all post here are WAY over my head. On the off chance I do understand the concept the inception is beyond my mental thinking ...
Anyway I know this is EQEMU and NOT the Neverquest support forum but I've seen some people post here that played NQ and I believe the creator is an active poster here. I tired to get help at the NQ site but with only limited success (the link to the forums was inop).
I'm stuck in the middle of Afghanistan of all place with VERY limited access to any kind of internet connection so any suggestions here I have to wait until shift is over to try ... hehe it's painful ;-/ I have a friend here that is very familiar with the MYSQL program you all use here and another friend that is sending me an old disk of Everquest to try and see if we can whip something into shape for my use.
Let me summarize the three questions I have
1. How do I get Neverquest to work with Neverwinter Night?
2. How feasible is it to run a server of my own (using minilogin as I understand it
