I installed everquest and when i looked through the folder i didnt see the file EQGraphicsDX9.dll
Does anyone where this file comes from?

It's part of the client files that you patch in.
Don't patch over your EQ folder at this time, or you'll blow any chances you have of playing EQEmu. I'd suggest you make a COPY of your EQ folder and in that copy, patch, and see if the graphics DLL patches in. Then you can copy that graphics DLL over to your main EQ folder.
That MIGHT work, but also might not as they may have altered the graphics DLL in the last couple months and it might not work properly with the eqemu compatible clients. In that case, all I can say is that the graphics DLL for 6.1 servers is datestamped 4/12/2005 and is 2,158,592 bytes long if you can search thru your backups or archives somewhere and find it. We can't give you the file, of course.
