1017 problem

hi, i keep getting a 1017 error...says i need to re-run update patch? everytime i try to log into a server....what could be wrong ?

Have your back patched yet? You MUST have either back patched after updating to live, or have not updated prior to the patch that breaks EQ EMU. PM me or email me @ mrkcmty@yahoo.com if you need help. I had a similar problem when I came here, was actually an issue with minilogin though.
