Character Creation

Every time i try to make a character it freezes at the name thing while trying to get approval for a name.. any thoughts on this?

i have a similar problem, i get my character made but when i try to zone in my screen freezes up.

this is on 6.2 btw

since more 6.2 servers are coming up ive tried to play on them all and i get this problem on all of them, even PEQ so it has to be something with our folders
