hey guys, not quite sure if this is the place to post as im not quite sure of the problem in its entirity. i just got back onto the emulator after a fairly long break and started up a character, started the usual newbie activity and then ran into this problem. i was in eat commonlands at the time, then the power went out, and when i logged back in i was in nktulos forest, but not a playable area. i seem to be in a wall or something, one of the parts of the zones you are not meant to be anyway. surrounded by blackness and cant move or anything. ive petitioned a couple of days ago but as of yet i havnt even seen a GM on the server. today id had enough and started a new character and this time zonging from east commons to west freeport i went to the same black hole of a place, so the blackout wasnt to blame. um yeh any clues on how to avoid this or is it always going to happen? and if theres a GM for the PEQ server some help would be appreciated, my petition is on there already. thanks alot.

Hello,
If members of peq server are very present on eqemulator,
Try to see her site : http://www.projecteq.net/
you have tools for move your char yourself :) and you can report your bugs, that very helpfull for World development !

Since your post refers to a specific server, it teeters on being off-topic here. Its only defense in that regard is that PEQ is a development server so any wierdness due to bugs is worth noting. I believe your bug report will be much more likely to be addressed by being reported on www.projecteq.net (http://www.projecteq.net) and posting under Server Bugs.
PEQ allows the use of #zone. If you find yourself in a void part of the zone, just #zone to another zone. You need not wait for petitions to be addressed in this regard unless you are so bugged you cannot even give a #zone command.
Nektulos has undergone a substantial geography change on EQLive, and as a result a new nektulos zone file has been patched down in the latest patches. For the time being it's recommended that players avoid these "revamped" zones (this includes Nektulos and Lavastorm) as everything on eqemu is still set to assume old terrain.
