SPells not landing...

I play on Empire II, No one can land a non Direct effect spell on me, because i dont have the right spells files, and i do know i dont, because the procs/effects on my equip is not right, YET, i DID use his patcher to get the right Spell files... and it is not working anyone has an idea?

For something like this, I'm pretty sure you need to ask on that server's forum.
