What exactly do you mean when saying "patch to live"

When someone tells you to "patch to live"

Do you mean patch up to todays date? 11-30-05?


Or do they mean patch up to 9-13-05?

Patch to live is patch to real everquest.
Of course if you patch on 11/30 that is a fresh patch from this date :)
you can't choose your patch date.

Live patching is exactly that. you patch up to the current files Sony are using at this very moment. which is of course not emu compatable. so dont do it :P
