Problem Creating/Editing LS Accounts

Well, I tried changing my eqhost.txt file to the following:

Host=eqemulator.net:5994

Now it lets me log in, but I only get to see the server list for a fraction of a second before the client crashes on me!

Am I SoL until EQEMu supports live or is there something I can do to get a list of 0.5.7 Servers (if there is, in fact, such a list) without my EQ Client crashing?

Heya guys. I know I've been away from ya'all for a while, but I've decided to try and "get back into the game" so to speak.

Anyway, I have two versions of the EQ Client: one that works with EQEMu 0.5.7 and EQ Live. I've been trying to log into a server that's running 0.5.7 (I downloaded that handy-dandy EQ Version Checker program thingy and it gave me the login server IP address to use), but when I try to play, it won't let me log in!

Error - The username and/or password were not valid. Please check them and try again.
Also, and I don't know if this is related or not, but when I check my LS Accounts, it says that I'm already using all three, but then it lists them as all available! Anyone know what's goin' on with that?

Umm, yeah. . .

So the LS Accounts thing was because I hadn't moved it over from the old server. Turns out that I was using the wrong password when trying to move it over (so I thought it didn't exist). So, I've gotten that LS Accounts problem fixed.

I'm still unable to log into any 0.5.7 EQEMu servers though. Since they're not the 0.6.2/3 build, does that mean that they're all private servers and not using the EQEMu LS Accounts for authentication? Or am I still doing something wrong?

If you see them on the server select, they're using the Emu LS for authentication. That doesn't mean they're publicly accessible, though. They might just use the LS for authentication when all the users connecting to it are actually on a private network, so they can get in, you can't.

0.5.7 has been out of production for some time now. I don't know of any active servers that are using that code. If any servers are, feel free to correct me on that.
