Uninstalling EQemu?

I played EQemu awhile back and since then uninstalled Everquest completely from my computer.

A few of my friends and I are hoping to 'relive' the old memories that we had as it was our first MMO. Upon reinstalling and getting everything patched I still have Skorpious2k on my computer so the only server that I can see is the Erollsi Mar server.

I remember there being a way to fix it so that you could still have the skorpious2k and still play on regular servers but I can't for the life of me find it anywhere now.

I was just curious if anyone knew how I could quickly uninstall this so I could go back to playing on the regular servers. I'd greatly appreciate the help! Thanks!

all ya have to do is patch to live, but then you cant play any server.

to have 2 versions of EQ, you copy and past the whole folder somewhere else, but you will run into the issue you need to patch and were not current with live.

is there anyway for me to fix being able to see only the Erollsi mar server? it's the only one on my list

You can patch with a thorough file check that may alter some additional files the regular patcher didn't catch. Be warned that doing this will eliminate your chances of being able to play eqemu servers for quite some time, as we are not compatible with live and may not be for months to come.


If you continue to see only one server on your list, then this is an issue you need to take up with SOE. For all I know, they may have restricted the trial accounts to certain servers.
