DoT stays after Death

I just compiled a 0.6.3DR1 server from source (not CVS) and I have noticed that if you get DoT'd and you die, it stays on and bugs your character making you go LD. Is there a way to make it so DoT's won't stick on you after death?

dots only stick if you are a GM... I think I will go ahead and make it check for detrimental spells and remove them though. This will be in CVS some time.
