Bit of assistance (is the login down?)

I am correctly patched to the game. I was playing this morning before I went to work. I just got home and connected to login server. I can see login server, but any of the servers I click on give me the message "an unknown error occured while trying to join the server". This is not the 1017 error (aka god hates you error). Was wondering if the login was down, or something was changed for login address.... or anything else. Thanks for assistance =)

i noticed most of the servers are down and when i start my server it doesnt show up in the login server list

Sorry for rez, but does anyone have the answer to this? I was recently playing on a server then crashed, so I tried to log back on and it just hangs on the server select screen for a few seconds then gives me that error. :/

When you crash on a server then can't reconnect to it, you need to first make sure the server you just got thrown off of doesn't have connectivity problems of its own before you try and report it here.

Looks like the login server has gone up and down a couple times today. But seems to be up and running fine now.
