From the main site (www.eqemulator.net) follow the link "Items (13th floor)" and use the "advanced search" option. You'll bre able to find the names of items here, as well as search by bonuses, slot type etc.

You could make your own item with +99k to HP mana and endurance then +200 to all stats and +5000 regen and mana regen, so on so forth.
