How to set the possible weather in a zone?

Yes Belfida, I used the search. I didn't find much. There was more than a few responses where someone should have typed "whether" instead of "weather" though, grr.

Anyways, I am wondering how to set the available types of weather in a zone. I am tired of hearing it rain while in Neriak or seeing it rain in everfrost instead of snow. I looked in the zone_points table, and there is a weather variable, but it is set to 1 for all records. I am guessing this means "yes, weather can occur here."

Is there somewhere else that you set what type of weather is correct for a zone?

I don't know (same you) how weather works on eqemu and i did'nt find anything on it.
I hope someone can answer this, i learn also.

Heh, sorry about mispelling your name. :) I just happened to notice that almost anything I search for comes up with a post where you tell the person that they can search for it. Kinda funny.

Anyway, I know what you mean, it is really hard to find info for the database. ( I am still trying to get shadowed men in mine, why aren't they in the PEQ yet???) I am going to play around with changing the weather value. I probably wont find much because it will mean just sitting in a zone and waiting for the weather to happen. I will let you know in case we get no reply here.
