The Last Stand as been in work for just over 8 months now.
The Last Stand as come together as planed 8 people as made it happen.
What this server as to offer you the player.
This server is old world - There is no pok books / No nexus spires You can't even see them they gone for good.
Working boats from BB and Qeynos.
Over 88% of classic quest as been put in aftar 8 months off searching for them, They are back.
As from tested MQ is 100% disabled.
Ui - Wait for the opening in 4 weeks its going to be worth the wait i tell you ;)
Classic spells / armour are back.
Guard faction's are as they was back in 1999 so everyone will start in there own city's
The zone into paineel its gone ? wtf happened to that ? ;)
This is hosted off a new login what will be provided when we open.
To play this server all you will need is your old cd's and any other files u may need will be on our website at a later date.
The website is being worked on atm, Was the last thing we cared about.
Xp is only 1x as fast as live.
Max level 50 and never will be raised to keep the challenge off pvp alive.
No aa's.
100% legit.
Any questions you got please reply them to this thread and i will get to them soon as possible.

totally awesome, ive been working on a custom pvp db for awhile now but as i can see i can quit working, you guys made a better one im sure, 8 months damn thats alot of work. Im thrilled to hear this, i REALLY hope you guys have a plan against cheaters (warsaint and the gang) they will attack this server with all they got like they always do. Ill be on the server for sure! What date would release be? also what build are you using? im guessing its 5.x since you got boats to work
Questions about the server:
What pvp rules are there? Like FFA / racewars / guildwars?
Are there any level restriction triggers for pvp (like im lvl 30 i cannot attack lvl 15 but i can attack lvl 22, same for players above)
Are all the new races/classes gone (my god i hope so, the cat,berzerker,beastlord really dont give the oldschool feel to the game :)
Have you removed all the luclin++ spells?
Does resistance work in pvp?

Rules for PvP should of added them.
There is a 5 level range for PvP.
We are still thinking off adding old rallos zek rules still open to talk about it.
The new classes and races are gone, They can't even be viewed from char make.
Only spells from 1999 are in and the correct damage that they should do.
For cheaters if they can cheat will be banned.
We have tested all the MQ and it does not work, And we have tested most of the other exploits and such and does not work.

sounds awesome!! very nice work guys, once this server goes live get ready cause ill be bringing like 100+ eqemu newbs to it then :) , i was planning on doing this for my server but as you have much better setup ill make that their home insted!
also on the pvp range thing, i think that it should not be discussed. its boring when people to high lvl just come stomping on lowbies, no fun at all. keep it the way it is. Only thing would be that 5 level range up/down for pvp could be a little low, i would recommend going to 8 levels or as high as 10 (at max)

No eta on the server atm but we are trying to make it late june early july and by this time a solid 10 months would have gone into this server and all should run smooth.

Xp will be as it is may be taken down to live if the server fills.
We have added a new testing pvp rule, you will now have to kill 250 players to attack Lord nagafern, If you drop below 250 kills. It will fall by 150 a week, You will get ported out if u get in LoS of the Lord , 300 for Lady voxx 500 for Cazic thulle.
This new rule is to keep the pvp balance for everyone, If it does not work out it will be change back.
PvP will now be a 8 level range 4 level range for 50's so it will be as follow.
1 to 9 no pvp - 10-18 18-26 26-34 34-42 42-46 46-50 hope it works out.
At 50 u can attack anyone you so wish under 46 but if u kill a level 23 or below you will fall an whole level attack anyone under 46 and over 23 u will lose half of your level. /anon will work so be on the look out and look aftar your level's a little evil twist i know but its fun. If your under 50 u have to stick to the 8 level range so your ok untill you hit 50 :) so its best to stay around 49 :D
An evil twist if u wanted to kill Lord / Lady / Cazic i know but it should just add that little bit more time befor everyone gets uber twinked :D.
A new flag base game is in this will happen every night at some point to keep pvp a live and help you get to the 250 or so kills you need. what this means is the server will shout so and so as got the flag and is now worth 2 kills per a death when he dies the flag will go on to someone esle and so on for 2 hours so lots of action.
The server is now headed for a late opening we have lot more todo so we hope early july i am sorry.
Closed beta will open befor then tho so keep your eye out :) Website coming soon.

No xp for killing a person in PvP and no xp lost for dieing just xp loss at 50 if u kill someone to low.

sounds cool, just abit worried about the lvl 50 being able to attack all people. They better get alot of exp loss for cock blocking people around lvl 30 :)

If they attack anyone under 23 they fall an whole level attack anyone over 23 under 46 will lose half and the exp is kinda slow so u don't want to lose that much.

how exactly are mag pets going to work? are they going to behave exactly like old world? have you considered adding any of the new AA mag commands like /pet hold? This was one thing that mages have always wanted and believed should have been in since release.
Also, are mod rods going to behave as they did oldworld (insta recast) or post-nerf?

You should either make 1 item lootable per kill, and/or a pvp point system where you can buy items with points like guildwars.
World of warcraft has a cool pvp aspect too... buy items per rank, maintain X amount of kills per week - and maintain 'X' rank in which you can buy a certain MR or common pvp item.
I hope a lot of people play! I miss guildwars, but this look like it will be fun!

If you didn't get a msg that means u didn't make it into the beta stage sorry.
We have now 40 beta testers only 3 was accept on the emu site due to a superb app.
So far we have found 4 bugs and they have been fixed. The count down to the grand open as started ------ August the First 6 EST --------- See you all there. The Website will be given a day befor the open, with all the needed stuff on how to connect, and we have intro movie what will be linked soon as we feel good with it.
News update. Xp is normal classic XP ------ Rallos Zek rules with bonus added rules as showed early in this topic please look back to find them.
We do plan to open kunark but not untill the player base is good and ready so far kunark is 23% done with over 100 quest but won't open untill we have a good and stable playerbase so could be a few months or it won't be opened at all. For kunark to be opened we are looking for around 200-250 players.
For kunark the level's won't be raised for pvp purpose the mobs will be the same as live but u got to deal with them at level 50 with no aa's so it stays as a challenge to everyone.
Guild Cap is 40 and it will only have 40 players with the same guild tag in anyone zone if your are unguilded and in the same zone as the guilded people you can't damage the mob or heal them but you can use damage nukes and dots to kill them so just like normal but you can't help them.
New system added if you do /battle it will enter you to the arena when there is 10 people in the list if you leave the arena or die you will be ported back to where you was when you did /battle.
The winner of the battle with walk away with 20 pvp kills and a title. When you are killed or logged out for more then 2 days your title goes away.
/Guildbattle will enter your online members to the battle max 40 / so you have to wait untill a guild of 20+ members does the same and you will all be ported to the arena for a great battle.
If you are logged out for more then 2 day you will lose 100 pvp kills a day. And lose any entry you have gained.
All GM's will only have access to summon remove pvp kills and kick ban.
If your item's poofed the gm's online at the time will have to leave a note for the admin to check logs befor returning your item to your char.

How do you drop below 250 kills? If you can drop Im guessing you can lose kills? How does this happen
So its not your level range +/- 8 levels (IE im level 30 i can attack 22-38), you can only attack people in your level range stated above (IE im 42 and no one high level than me can attack me besides a 50 but i can attack anyone between 42-34)
BTW if you check out eqforums people are settling for a progression pvp server when 99% want a classic EQ pvp server. You are giving them what they want not meeting them halfway. You said after 250 play you will open kunark which makes me think that you dont expect the population to be huge. I think you should advertise this and get a ton of people to play. 250 seems kinda boring to me. I think Zek has more than that now and I quit when there were around 1000 or so elft (just a guess) because it was hard to find pvp. Get the word out there and attract a ton of people.
PS. If you can enlighten me on those rules im confused about i would greatly appreciate it.

Thats the quickest way to a C&D from sony, the second you advertise and are mentioned on lives forums they will send you one, its happened a few times before.
Do NOT advertise, do word of mouth.

A few more things. If its RZ ruleset thats cool, but please don't make the faction like RZ. On Zek (which was RZ ruleset) the NPC's attacked people randomly who were fighting near them, not based on who had faction. I could be ally to someone and they could be scowl and be invis but as soon as I hit them the npc's jump me over him which is extremely gay. Please make it to where they attack the one with lesser faction only and leave the higher faction alone like it was on SZ.
Is the magic dmg reduced to 66% like zek?
Lvl 50's won't even attempt to kill out of their range because that penalty is super harsh. I would think it would be better to impose a less harsher rule like they lose kills (IE lvl 50 kills a level 23 then he loses 27 kills 50-23). Just a suggestion.
Im super excited about this server. So many people will want to play. BTW those are just suggestions. Obviously I'm not you and I can't see the disadvantage at the moment. And if you could answer the rest of my question on my original post, I would be psyched.

say you was 34 and the level range was 6 u be able to attack level 28 and 40, so this server goes like so 34 you can attack 26 or level 42. And at 46 u can only attack 42 or a level 50 so its gome down by 4 level range. At 50 you can kill anyone you so wish but there is a price to pay if u attack and kill someone under the level of 46.
Aftar reviewing the level 50 rule we thought of changeing it a little if u take 20% hp off a level 45 or below and he dies from a mob you will lose 20% Xp.
If you kill a person under 30 now its been changed u will lose a full level anyone under 20 you will lose 2 levels.
This rule is here to stay. Because i have been on so many servers and its over real fast so this should last a while.
Faction is working well and should not attack you if your an ally.
I was wondering if the old RZ ruleset was that you could loot one droppable item or either a droppable or a no drop item? Which one will it be?

One thing that really bothered me about original Everquest is the fact that while meditating you had to look at your spellbook and thats it. They eventually put the change, to have it meditate while you sit. Will this addition be implemented on the server?

I'm going to go ahead and ask them here since there doesn't seem to be another place and this is as good as any~
Some of these questions may seem obvious, but I have played on almost every EQemu PVP server out there, and these are all things I have seen changed or broken on PVP servers before.
Every one of these questions will help people determine what class they will be playing and if they will be boxing (assuming its allowed). I have personally wasted too much time leveling classes on servers without knowing that certain key class elements/spells or class-effecting game mechanics had been changed or removed. I know these are a lot of questions but a lot of people are looking forward to your server and I, for one, do not want to waste a bunch of time once the server opens finding out all these things when it is too late :)
1. You stated that the only spells that will be in game are those in classic EQ. How will we obtain these spells? If it is through normal classic means (i.e. buying them as opposed to a spell distributer NPC) how will you deal with the classic spells that are not normally on vendors (quest or research only), such as Ice Comet?
2. Do debuff spells, such as Tashani, Malo, etc., do 1.5X the normal debuff effect, like in Live PVP?
3. Do damage spells do 66% damage in PVP, and if so does this include DoTs?
4. When Kunark opens are Kunark era spells going to become avaiable?
5. Has melee damage been altered at all, or is it the same as Live?
6. Is there a group experience modifier (bonus) that is different from Live?
7. Are all classic EQ item drops/named mobs in game? I.e. does the Foreman Tunic drop off the Foreman in sola, do GEBs drop of ELord in solb, GBS off Pyzgin, etc?
8. Specifically, are Jboots in game? (not asking how you get them if you want to keep it under wraps, just asking if they are obtainable)
9. Are there any tradeskills functioning, specifically jewelcraft? And if not is there a vendor where we can buy stat jewelry that we would normally be able to buy off players?
10. Are the planes going to be open and populated?
Again, I know these are a lot of questions, but each one has an impact on exactly how the server should be approached when it opens.

Damage will do 58% in pvp. includeing dots.

No not untill we raise the level to 55 or 60.

Melee damage not altered but its not the same as other eqemu's damage.
6. Is there a group experience modifier (bonus) that is different from Live?
No group bonus at this time.
7. Are all classic EQ item drops/named mobs in game? I.e. does the Foreman Tunic drop off the Foreman in sola, do GEBs drop of ELord in solb, GBS off Pyzgin, etc?
I can't say there all in there no. but GEBS GBS do drop of the correct mobs.

Custom Quest for these are in but not questable untill you got ally faction. all i will say.

They are being worked on. not far away now.

Planes will never be added to the server ever.

Will there be any other high level zones other than solb / perma ? I am curious where the high level gear will be since there is no planes... I realize that you probably dont want to reveal to much about the server in this aspect, but id just like to know if there will be much high level content ?

my bad i thought he was on about Planes of powers. Pofear/Pohate will be open but a 0.6% drop chance out of 40 NPC killed. But Pofear won't be like other eqemu servers where u can go in with 2 people and farm the whole lot you will need atleast 2 groups maybe 3 and a full raid force for cazic.

Hey all, I've been out of the EQ scene for a while, and I wanna start playing again. I use to play on Rallos Zek the classic PvP server back in 99'. I saw your server "The Last Stand" and it caught my interest. I'm not the only one, I have about 5 other people who would possibly join too. I know one of the main factors to having a good server is having a good population. So I could help advertise and get some more people to play on this server, but I'm not sure how much your server can handle. My friends and I are really excited for this server, we're practically counting down the days (August 1st). I'd love to revisit my classic EQ days again, so if there is any info/updates you can give me please do. PM me, for my email and such. Thanks.

We have hit a snag with the timers for pvp events and the overall events what are men't to start on there own at points durting the days/weeks and months we are on the case.

Just a basic update.
The server beta's are over.
1. The PvP rules are 1 item loot including all money they have on them. You won't be allowed to loot weps or range. We have questable bags where you can place your items in if your getting pked normal bags can be opened on your death and looted out off.
You can only quest 1 bag witch is 8 slot so you cannot bag everything. so there is allways a reward for the person killing you. Main bosses can drop item bags for you witch come in 10 slot bags.
We have aimed for a later date sorry people. There is a few exploits and some little bugs. we are working around the clock trying to sort these out theres allways 2 people on 24/7 trying to crack the case.
We are not going to open untill we have got to the bottom of these exploits. a nice person from the beta tester pointed these out to us and they are on the mend.
If we did open the server on the first of august there might be still a few exploits so we wanna make sure we get rid of everything that gives the player the advantage.
The eta is now the 4th of august friday. at 5 EST. The website and info will be given out on the 3rd of august thursday.

Would the contents of your database work with PEQ's? Would you be comfortable sharing? Your server sounds amazing, but I see a lot of potential for people who might not want PVP content or want to play extra expansions. From what I know, PEQ doesn't have a whole lot of quest or faction content. It seems like you guys should collaborate.

Not sharing the database at this time. We have only done old zones and kunark. If and when the server dies the database will be come open to the highest people in eqemu if they can do anything with the 2.

As we draw closer to the opening of the server, and after talking with some people a few more important questions came up.
1. First, just to get clarification, for spells like Ice Comet, Lich, Bond of Death, Life Leech and many of the Necro pet spells, which were previously research/quest only- you said they would be in game, but have they been put on normal spell vendors in cities? We just want to confirm that they are in fact available from a vendor.
2. The only available Mage pet spells for many of the mid-levels were on a vendor in OOT... Is this still the only place to get them, and do the boats work, or is there some other way to get to the vendor in oot for these spells?
3. Ice Comet. It is extremely important for wizards that this spell is done right because, lets face it, without IC wizzies in vanilla EQ are little more than Mages without pets. Additionally, IC has been majorly tweaked numerous times in both Live and on emu servers. At this point its hard to know exactly what you are going to get with IC, or if its even worth playing a wiz. In order to figure this out, can you tell us:
A. How much does IC do pve and pvp?
B. What is the mana cost and cast time?
C. Is there a -10 to the resist modifier like on live?
Again, I only single this spell out because it is such a contentious and unpredictable spell on every server, and there is no way to determine what you are going to get without hearing it straight up from the guy running things :)
4. You mentioned that Jboots were a custom quest. Are there other custom quests, and are there custom mobs and items, or is it mainly exactly like EQ circa 1999?
5. I think you mentioned that you removed all spells for the early levels that came after original EQ, (for example the lvl 44 Shaman spell Stoicism, or the lvl 37 Druid spell Ro's Firey Sundering), is this correct? Are there any plans to implement them at a later time?
6. In Live Wizards have a natural % chance to crit with thier DD spells, is this on your server as well?

We just want to confirm that they are in fact available from a vendor.
Damage on all these as been reduce in damage by alot doing 58% in total damage on any player doing a full 100% on a npc. and i can say they are avilable but where you got to find your self.
2. The only available Mage pet spells for many of the mid-levels were on a vendor in OOT... Is this still the only place to get them, and do the boats work, or is there some other way to get to the vendor in oot for these spells?
All dark races of mages will be able to buy there pets from mermaid island. at night time only. Light classes will be able to buy there pets and high level spells from willow wisp island.
3. Ice Comet. It is extremely important for wizards that this spell is done right because, lets face it, without IC wizzies in vanilla EQ are little more than Mages without pets. Additionally, IC has been majorly tweaked numerous times in both Live and on emu servers. At this point its hard to know exactly what you are going to get with IC, or if its even worth playing a wiz. In order to figure this out, can you tell us:
Ice comet will do 810 max in pvp and will be very hard to resist at level 50 1010 in pve.
A. How much does IC do pve and pvp?
B. What is the mana cost and cast time? Ice comet is a special spell so it will take 400 mana.
C. Is there a -10 to the resist modifier like on l ive?
Again, I only single this spell out because it is such a contentious and unpredictable spell on every server, and there is no way to determine what you are going to get without hearing it straight up from the guy running things
4. You mentioned that Jboots were a custom quest. Are there other custom quests, and are there custom mobs and items, or is it mainly exactly like EQ circa 1999?
Jboots is the only custom quest atm. but it will be alot of time befor someone picks up a pair of these.
5. I think you mentioned that you removed all spells for the early levels that came after original EQ, (for example the lvl 44 Shaman spell Stoicism, or the lvl 37 Druid spell Ro's Firey Sundering), is this correct? Are there any plans to implement them at a later time?
We will maybe plant the later spells during the kunark era if we come to that.
6. In Live Wizards have a natural % chance to crit with thier DD spells, is this on your server as well?
Wizards will have a 2% crit chance over all classes.
XebeknSZ ---- Also, if I want to double box, will I need more than one set of CD keys for more than one account? So far based on the server overall you will be able to 2 box untill we see fit to cancel any second account.
XebeknSZ i don't know how many people this server will pick up due to the slow leveling or unless your a pvp fan.
Server specs are as follows duel pent 4 4.2 gig 500 gig harddrive 3gig ddr2 ram. 100 meg connection will handle around 1000 people but we have plans for a pve version of the server.

Losing? We fought two zerg groups in NK, when I left two hours later i had like +25 kills and no deaths, plus a nice bundle of pvp points

We work on this server for fun and we are trying our best to sort the problems out a major error as came but i can say we are still working on it hard and trying to get it up fast. If you don't like it play on a server with bug's cheaters exploits get 50 in a day be my guess.
I am not going to give out an eta yet because when i do something does go wrong.

If you kill a person under 30 now its been changed u will lose a full level anyone under 20 you will lose 2 levels.
This rule is here to stay. Because i have been on so many servers and its over real fast so this should last a while.
i am an old player from Sullon Zek, good team. at first glance, this rule appeared to me to be just... i don't know the right word, i was upset at reading, i felt it was so limiting..
though, after thinking about it a few days, it's actually not a bad idea.. i just have one idea that might make it a little more fair
at level 50, the hardcore pvp'ers will never group for pve content. they will just travel arround killing people... this 2 level lose thing though, will force them back into groups, keeping the higher end players, and top level people to continue grouping, and encourage the lower levels to level up to 48 bec becuase there will always be groups of 48+s who've lost 50 trying to re-level up...
the only thing i'd chance is maybe, after you've attainded level 50 once, maybe leveling up 48-50 a second time should go at 2x or 3x the speed.. becuase think it's quite absurd to be robbed of 2 FULL levels for pvp'ing on a pvp server... or just disable killing of anyone below say 40, at level 50.
anyway, an explaination of why this would/wouldnot work would be great, when you can spare the time away from server maintainance. thank you!

There is no need to kill anyone under level 30 because you won't gain a kill or be able to loot there corpse if you are 50. This is in place to stop people blocking people from leveling and haveing a good time around there level.

Killing indeed is fun, but not when its to easy. Im for this rule a 100% good work on it, i hate people 20-30 levels above raping lowbies, its no fun, and it definitly does not require any skill whatsoever, great & fun pvp comes when the levels are close by, then its fun to pvp!

I think you might want to lessen that exp blow. You will see more people quitting b/c a lvl 10 jumped into their ae and lost them two levels then you'll see ppl quitting b/c a 50 ganked them. Just don't allow 50's to loot ppl out of range or something. Maybe a small exp loss so it is a choice. Making it -2 levels is pointless, it would be better to just make it impossible to attack if you want to go that way.

i usually stick to the once a day rule, if theres a lowby, kill him one time, in one day, just further encourage him to level up, so he's not such easy prey... and also... becuase if he has any higher level friends looking for a fight, they'll usually come running... more pvp for me...
but thats just the mindset of a 4 year pvp vet.
i think the best solution is to be a bard... i'll kill whoever i want, then go spend 5 minutes on an AE pull and get my 2 levels back, then go hunt more lowbies...
if you want to stop the lowby greifing, disable it...
but once agian, just my opinion

For the record I agree that it should be lowered to, at most, 1 yellow experience loss per lowbie kill. There is a huge potential for exploitation here. I would be pretty damn pissed if I lost 2 levels because some lowbie intentionally ran through my aoe, or if I accidently killed one another way.
Especially considering how slow the experience gain is on this server. You want to deter griefers, not make it an enormous hassel if you accidently kill one. I am not trying to spend 3 days of experience grinding for 1 lowbie death.
Also, you have to think that there will be lowbies made with the express purpose of training raids and dungeon groups. Giving upper level characters no recourse against this seems wrong.
Making it a yellow experience loss per lowbie kill is plenty to deter the casual newbie griefer. And, yes, there will always be hardcore griefers who will do it anyway, but that's part of the pvp game. I played for years on SZ too, and while it sucked to be killed by the occasional griefer, it was no big deal. The only thing that really sucked is when the griefer would bind camp you and kill you over and over again. By penalizing them a yellow per kill, this will fairly eliminate the bind campers. Yes, they can kill you once with no big harm, but they can't kill you over and over without serious experience loss.

Yeah I agree, you're awesome for listening to us, and I feel like an ass for asking for more, but even with 2 and half yellows there will be plenty of ppl reverse griefing. It should be 1 yellow at most. This would give room for a 50 to kill lower levels every once in awhile and gain it back casually. It also adds a new dimension to the pvp b/c if you're a low lvl you know high lvls are probably not going to kill you but you don't want to stick around and piss them off to find out :P. I also think this debt should only be on very low levels. B/c say a group of 30's try to kill a level 50. And that 50 is defenseless unless he wants to lose a level or two.

easyest way to solve everything i would say FFA only that its a 10/10 level range up/down that you can attack.
So at lvl 50 you can attack minimum lvl 40 and at lvl 10 you can attack maximum lvl 20 etc...
Hows the server coming? Dont wanna stress but it would be cool if we could get a idea on how kind of a big issue you guys are having with the server. That would maybe give us the ability to figure out the ETA ourselves..

I'm just curious as to people's preference to having such high xp gain that they're 50 inside of a week, 2 tops.

b) I've seen the arguments, "i don't want to wait for months for people to be lvl 50 to PvP with..." and "we all have leveled up several characters to max levels already, so don't want to repeat the process..." . In response to that, why even have leveling at all then, just start a server with 4 zones that drop all the crazy loot you want, and make everyone the max level at character creation so everyone can pvp at once, and everyone will be in a 4 zone radius.
I just don't get the point of having a huge world with all the available zones, that are mostly going to be filled with green mobs you don't pay attention to, hell you probably won't go into those zones at all.
PvP if fought throughout the entire leveling process makes the server that more interesting and fun. Where leveling (and the mobs) are as hard as in original EQ, then PvP deaths are agonizing, create deep emnities, etc.... PvP deaths on a server where it takes 10 mob kills to get a level and a half don't matter at all, and people bragging about ganking on such a server seem trivial .....
I'm trying to grasp where a lot of people are coming from here, toss me a bone, please?
(example, I started a necro on sullon zek here, and was level 20 inside of a few hours, and only had to purchase about 8 spells during that timeframe.... wtf !?! ... thats cheezier than Oblivion after you goofed around for half an hour in god mode, transporting yourself to quest targets because you're sick of the long travel times....man did that ruin the game for me)

A) No, it dosnt make the vast majority of the world to be in pointless.. did you even play eq on a pvp server? There are things called factions, where you raise or decline for killing certain mobs. People on real pvp servers tend to stick to one area as there "home turf" and get max faction there. Secondly, who wants to run around in four zones?! There are so many ways to have interesting pvp all over norrath I think that is just limiting.
B) Four zones? With all the loot you want? No! Then groups of 5 could run in circles and kill anyone trying to level up AKA ruining the game. Even if you enabled some sort of no ganking rules that would still suck. There would be 0 point to even playing this version due to lack of "hunt and chase", no effort to getting items you want (i.e. FBSS, SMR, FBR, JBoots ect.). Thus lowering the ammount of time taken from your character when I kill him and take his items. Alot of the players on sullon zek are old school pvpers, they don't want "deathmatch mode" pvp like World of Warcraft or Guild Wars! That type of pointless "don't care if I die" mentality is what drove us away from those games.
Last, you played a necro. The #1 solo class in the game. If you think the game was too easy.. roll a ranger or warrior. Get back to me when you make 50 with one of those non solo class characters k thnx =)

wait is kinda long, im saying, dont wait just check back on the forums every once in awhile, if it opens, it opens... if not, well then no difference..
my intuition says that it wont open as it was suppose to open 2 months ago, and my guess is that the problems theyve faced might be to huge to solve over a few months time
can always hope for a chance though, but these people are doing this for free, so dont expect anything..

Progress is still going on but we thought we would have it up by now to tell you the truth but the wait will be longer then planed. The main coder as gone on holiday for 3 weeks so we just doing little bits with out him there but hes got a ton of work todo when he gets back. Like smedy said just keep checking back to this topic.
Thanks for your time. and it will be worth the wait. but just enjoy other servers untill we open thanks.
