no they do not. They are far from working... you can go to the zones, but thats about it...

the adventure merchants work though.

They Work
But You dont have to go thought the people
you loot runes from the zones
and turn them in each gives a differnt point amount that you can buy
stuff with
armor
augments
and tomes
.....

so no they dont work but u can get points and use merchants
