I've loaded the client, changed the eqhost file, made ths patchme shortcut to eqgame.exe. I can log in using my acct name and pass, but when I try to enter a server, EQ freezes up.
Does anyone know what may be causing this?

if you use the right client try to change
LastServerName=[0.7.0] XYSERVER
to
LastServerName=
at eqlsPlayerData.ini. Works fine for me everytime i freeze at the server select

Still not working.
I followed all the directions in the "How To Play" guide,
Reinstalled all my old EQ software leading up to PoP,
Edited the eqhost.txt file and made the eqgame shortcut and made sure the patchme was in place.
Does anyone know what might be causing this?

We have 2 playguide
One on the wiki with titanium issue.
One in FAQ with no titanium issue.
If you can change the FAQ playguide that better I think :)

Problem fixed. Took a hell of a long time.
Now the search for a server that is not legit...
Yeah, and apparently
Titanium > Platinum somehow.
