Glyphed Rune Word
Spectral Parchment
At Elementalist Somat, he should return a spell scroll (As far as i know) .. Nothing happens, which is kinda annoying - Means i can't get my lvl 61-65 lvl spells ! ..

I don't see any quests for any of the spell givers in POK, at least not in the PEQ Luclin R1 Quest pack.

Did ya HAIL em first to see if he even talks to ya. Not saying anything to do with faction here, but if he doesn't respond at all, it's because he's not setup yet.

I just tried them on my server and it's the same thing. you CAN hail them and they talk, but there is no quest setup for them as far as turning in spells... Hmm something to do...
