CPU 2 run a small server, is it good enuf?

Hey everyone, I just wanted to set up a small EQEmulator server for my brother and I to play on. I only have 1 spare machine which his 256mb of ram and a decent video card. Is this going to be enough for the two of us? Or can I only have a few zones up at a time? How the heck does that work? Thanks!

What's the processor speed? 256mb of ram might be a little low but might be okay. Video card doesn't matter for the server, it's the processor and ram that make the difference.
